Greeting Cards & In House Merchandise: Sent 2nd Class with Royal Mail (you may upgrade to Next Working Day Delivery for an extra fee).
Personalised Cards: Sent 1st Class with Royal Mail. These are sent direct from Kim - please allow up to a week for dispatch (Kim signs cards once a week).
Print To Order Merchandise: Sent direct from our printers, lead time can be up to 7 working days for dispatch at busy periods.
You need to allow a certain period to pass before we can officially mark your order as lost and issue you a replacement or refund. Please get in touch ten working days after your order is dispatched for further information.
Next Working Day Delivery upgrades are subject to a further cost. These are dispatched the same working day if you order by 2pm. Otherwise they're sent out the following working day. This is a working day service. We don't guarantee delivery on a weekend (although your postie might be super nice and deliver it on a Saturday for you!).
Please make sure your address is correct before placing your order as unfortunately we cannot send orders out twice.
